On the territory of Poland, shipping is free of charge. Ordered products are delivered through courier companies cooperating with us:

  • DHL courier - delivery time from 1 to 3 working days
  • Paczkomat® - delivery time from 1 to 3 working days

    In objectively justified circumstances resulting in the impossibility of delivery to the selected Paczkomat® machine (failure or overcrowding of the parcel machine, too large size of the ordered product), the customer will be informed by email about sending the shipment by DHL courier to the address provided at the time of order.

(Delivery time depends on the occupancy of courier companies but most often packages arrive the next day after posting) We also offer the opportunity to pick up products in person at one of our stationary stores.

When picking up the ordered goods in the store, you can pay by card or cash.


The following payment methods are available to you in our online store:

- Electronic payment (e-payment) via PayU online payment service
- Cash on delivery payment on delivery (Maximum amount of cash on delivery is 6500 PLN gross)
- Payment by traditional transfer to the bank account of our store. If you choose this form of payment - after the order is made, we will send you via e-mail the data for the transfer. The realization of the order will be initiated after the full amount of the required payment for the order is credited to our account.
- Installment payments - implemented through: PayU S.A., Santander Consumer Bank S.A. bank and Credit Agricole Bank Polska S.A. bank.

Method 1: Pick up with the InPost Mobile app

We recommend this way if you want to receive your package in the fastest way.

1. receive a notification in the app

When the package is delivered to your Parcel Machine®, you will receive a notification in the app.

2. open the cache remotely

Walk up to the Parcel Machine®, and in the application select "Open box". You don't need to confirm anything on the machine screen!

3. take out the package

The cache will open, releasing your package. Done! Don't forget to close the door.

Method 2: Receive with QR code or with pickup code

1. wait for notification

When the sender sends the package, you will receive a special email message and a notification in the app. You will receive another notification when the package is delivered to your Parcel ATM®. It will contain a pickup code (6 digits) and a QR code. Keep them to be able to pick up the package!

2 Approach the Parcel Machine® and scan the QR code,

Sent in an email or in the app. All you have to do is select Receive Package and apply the received QR code to the reader. You can also pick up the package by entering your phone number and the pickup code (6 digits) on the screen, included in the message/notification.

3. take out the package

The box with your package will open. Done! Don't forget to close the door.

NOTE: Parcel Machine® delivery service is available for products of appropriate size. Large-size parcels are sent by courier.
